These Terms of Service govern your use of LeadCognition (“the Service”).
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the API/MCP server, you agree to these terms.
Permitted use
LeadCognition provides access to public GitHub activity data, developer intelligence, and outreach context for B2B sales and recruiting use cases. You may use the Service for lawful business purposes.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to: send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), violate any applicable law, scrape or resell data beyond your plan’s permitted export volume, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
API and MCP access
Your API key is personal and non-transferable. Rate limits apply per plan. We may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.
Data and intellectual property
LeadCognition retains rights to the platform and derived signals. You retain rights to your own account data and exports. Public GitHub data is indexed under GitHub’s terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of public data signals.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend accounts immediately for material breach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadCognition operates. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
